This workshop will begin with an introduction to fine tea, including a guided tour through the different types of tea, where they come from, how they are made, how they are best enjoyed, and their healing power. Each guest will then have the opportunity to create their own beautifully unique tea blend using single origin premium teas and organic herbs, all exclusively sourced by Wang & Dickerson Rare & Artisan Tea.
At the end of the workshop, everyone will have their own signature tea blend to take home and share with friends and family.

Join us for a beautiful Sunday morning with Yoga and a Tea Ceremony.
Evangeline will lead us through a Third Chakra yoga series, to find your warrior energy, and strengthen your inner fire.
Wendy will lead a brief discussion of the history of tea, and how tea and tea meditation can be used to balance and nourish the body and the mind. This will be a tea ceremony demonstration and guided tea meditation in which each guest will learn to drink their tea mindfully and to find peace in a cup of tea. The workshop will end with 20 minutes of calming and relaxing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) led by Suzanne.
